Our team of licensed clinicians coordinates services with the Whatcom County health and wellness community in order that you may live fully. To this end, we provide referrals to Primary Care Physicians, Psychiatrists, Licensed Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Community Education programming, Acupuncturists, and Sleep Clinics. Additionally, we encourage community participation in ways that make sense for you.

Mary Ann Boyle, M.A., LMHC
Mary Ann is an action-oriented therapist working with adults and couples. She utilizes a bio-psycho-social approach in effort to assist clients in achieving a balanced experience of wellness. Mary Ann specializes in the areas of depression, anxiety, life transitions, motivation, supporting clients in the maximizing of their potential, and gay and lesbian issues. Mary Ann utilizes her passion for literature, physical activity, and the building of community to aid clients in their own process. In addition to her work with individuals and couples, she combines talk therapy with walking in the Therapy in Motion program for individuals.
Mary Ann received her Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University in the field of psychology and her Master of Arts in psychology from Antioch University, Seattle.

Victor H. Plucy, M.A. - L.M.F.T
Victor H. Plucy has been in practice for 30 years. During that time he has seen a wide range of clients and is skilled with anxiety, depression, transitions, marriage/relationships; and his orientation addresses spiritual needs. He is passionate about helping clients live meaningful lives.
Sub-specialties include sleep disorders and weight management. Victor relies heavily on building trust filled counseling relationships in order to pursue the kinds of challenges that clients experience and combines that with client centered/solution based psychotherapy.
"Twenty years ago I visited Bellingham and was impressed with its outdoor beauty and its proximity to Vancouver and Seattle (where my grandchildren live). After practicing in two western states and making several journeys to Washington, I decided to make Bellingham my home where I now live with my wife."

Stephanie Druckman, MA, LMHC
Stephanie is a licensed mental health counselor, working with adults. Her practice focuses on helping clients learn skills to deal with symptoms stemming from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and chemical dependency. Stephanie believes strongly that with guidance, clients have everything that they need to access their inner resilience and strength. Stephanie is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, which allows for customizing a plan with clients that best fits their needs. She is dedicated to the work and building the relationship between therapist and client.
Stephanie received her M.A. in Systems Counseling from Bastyr University’s LIOS program and her Bachelors in Liberal Studies, emphasis on psychology, from Antioch University. She has worked in community mental health, led trauma groups and worked, running a co-occurring mental health disorders and addiction program. Stephanie received a degree in Human Services, specializing in chemical dependency from Skagit Valley College.

Laurel Eby, M.Ed., LMHC
Laurel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with both teens and adults. She believes that counseling should be compassionate, accessible, and affordable so that clients feel safe navigating the process as an opportunity that can help make the changes. Laurel views each journey is a collaborative approach towards self-authorship so that clients can work to trust themselves, reflect on experiences, learn coping skills, and lead their lives fully.
Laurel received both her B.A. in Sociology and M.Ed. in Counseling at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Before returning to working solely as a therapist she worked in crisis response at Fort Lewis College, California Polytechnic State University, and Western Washington University. She has additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Trauma Response, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Laurel’s specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, domestic violence, PTSD, and trauma, though she has extensive experience working with a variety of additional issues.

She believes in meeting the client where they are at when they come into the office and that the client is the expert of their life. In her approach to psychotherapy, she integrates multiple theoretical frameworks depending on the needs, issues, and personality of clients. She uses humanistic theories, family systems theories and at times play as therapy with children. When working with children, Kelsey feels it is important to incorporate the family because in order to help a child, the environment around them will also need adjusting.
